Reward offered: Racial slur painted on church van, puppy possibly poisoned

KAUFMAN, Texas — The Kaufman Police Department is asking for the public’s help after someone painted a racial slur on the back of a church van, slashed one of its tires, and possibly poisoned the victim’s puppy.
