Flags at half-staff in honor of U.S. service members killed in Chattanooga

FORNEY, Texas — Flags began flying at half-staff Tuesday morning in the City of Forney in honor of five U.S. service members killed in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Thursday, July 16, 2015.
