It was a tough night for the North Forney Falcons at Ennis's Lions Stadium on Friday night, September 13, 2013. The Ennis Lions mauled the Falcons, 55 to 3.
The Lions defense held the Falcons offense to 36 total yards and only allowed four first downs. Andre Davis lead the Falcons offense with 41 rushing yards. Falcons kicker Hunter McClain put the only three points on the board the Falcons would see all night early in the fourth quarter with a 29-yard field goal.
The Lions tallied a total of 544 yards and 26 first downs. Lions offense leaders include: quarterback Devin Smith with 150 passing yards and two thrown touchdowns; Terrence Williams with 106 rushing yards and three touchdowns; Nicholas Gabriel with 102 rushing yards and one touchdown; Marcus Daggs with 101 receiving yards and one touchdown; and Donta Thompson with 48 receiving yards and two touchdowns. With the win, Ennis is 3-0 on the season.
