KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas — Kaufman County voters will help determine seven Texas constitutional amendments — ranging from transportation funding to a proposed increase to homestead exemptions for elderly and disabled — and local issues on alcohol sales, special utility district elections, and new bond debt.
