The Kaufman County Children's Advocacy Center (KCCAC) will be accepting children's gifts for their "Toys for Courageous Kids" campaign until December 13, 2013.

According to the KCCAC, all donations will go to local families. The Forney Police Department is serving as a drop-off location along with Crandall City Hall, the courthouse annex building in Kaufman, and at the advocacy center.
The KCCAC will be accepting unwrapped gifts for boys and girls ages 2 to 17 including age-specific toys, games, books, scarves, hats, jewelry, iTunes gift cards, sports equipment, craft items, purses, dress-up items, remote control cars, puzzles, and music players.
"Please help us restore a glimmer of hope, strength, and belief by donating gifts for those children who have been betrayed, abused, or broken," states a campaign flier.
