Forney, Texas – Authorities in Wichita, Kansas, believe a teen who has been missing since January 30, 2014, may be heading to Forney, Texas.

14-year-old Derilyn Johnson Jr. was last seen January 30, 2014, at approximately 9 p.m. at his Wichita area home. Johnson is described as a black male with black hair, brown eyes, approximately six feet tall, and 135 pounds. He was last seen wearing red, white, and blue basketball shorts and a pink sweatshirt.
According to authorities, Johnson broke up with his girlfriend over the phone and told her he was moving to Texas where his mother lives, reports the Wichita Eagle. “It’s believed he’s with his mom or headed that direction,” Sgt. Bradford with the Wichita Police Department told the paper.
