FORNEY, Texas – A north Texas man was arrested Monday night, June 16, 2014, after attempting to flee police on foot in the Deerfield Heights neighborhood.

At approximately 10:30 p.m., the Forney Police Department was called to the area in the 200 block of Long Prairie Drive for a disturbance with a “drunk and belligerent” man. When police arrived, the man, identified as 24-year-old Kyle Baulch, failed to identify himself as a fugitive and fled on foot.
Police apprehended Baulch a short time later near the intersection of Berry Trail and Robin Lane. Baulch is awaiting arraignment at the Forney Police Department for failure to identify and evading.
Baulch is also being held on four Dallas County felony warrants and one Collin County felony warrant. Baulch's criminal history includes charges in Denton, Collin, Dallas, and Rockwall Counties on drug, alcohol, forgery, and assault charges.
