KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas – More than 130 animals were rescued from a home on County Road (CR) 164 in Kaufman County, just south of Terrell, Texas, Tuesday morning after a Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) investigation determined a violation of the Texas Health and Safety Code.
