The suspect in the August 6, 2013, aggravated robbery of the Forney Radiator and Muffler Service shop on Broad Street in Forney, Texas, has been indicted by a Kaufman County Grand Jury.
The grand jury indicted 20-year-old Anthony Jackson on August 23, 2013.
Jackson is suspected of wielding a knife during the robbery and fleeing to his home just blocks away from the shop. Forney Police and SWAT team were in a brief standoff with Jackson at the home before he surrendered without any further incident. Approximately $40 intended for church donations was recovered after the robbery.
Jackson is currently being held in the Kaufman County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
