TERRELL, Texas – Four people were arrested on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at a residence in the 400 block of South Park Street after police officers with the Terrell Police Department executed a search warrant and found narcotics and other drug paraphernalia within the home.

According to Captain A.D. Sansom with the Terrell Police Department, 18-year-old Kiethen Joseph Berry, 18-year-old Tommy Lee Steward, 22-year-old Damien Damion Paul, and a juvenile were all arrested at the residence. All the individuals are Terrell residents.
Authorities seized approximately 70.99 grams of marijuana, 1.5 grams of crack cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia throughout the residence.
Steward was charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one greater than one gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than two ounces in a drug free zone.
Paul and Berry were both charged or manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram in a drug free zone and possession of marijuana greater than two ounces but less than or equal to four ounces in a drug free zone.
The juvenile suspect was given a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and released to a parent. The three adults are being held at the Terrell Municipal Holding Facility at the time of reporting and are awaiting transport to the Kaufman County Jail.
