The indictments were announced today, June 6, 2014, for the capital murders of Brownlow's aunt, 55-year-old Belinda Young Walker, his mother, 61-year-old Mary Catherine Brownlow, 33-year-old Jason Wooden, and 30-year-old Kelleye Pratt (Sluder).

The murders of Pratt and Wooden are listed together on one capital murder indictment sheet.

Brownlow was also indicted today for burglary of a habitation intend other felony. According to an indictment sheet, Brownlow entered the home of Kristopher Humphreys and Stephanie Jewell without their consent with intent to commit the felony offense of aggravated assault.

Brownlow was previously indicted in December 2013 for the capital murder of 22-year-old Luis Leal who was a clerk at Ali's Market in Terrell, Texas, on West Moore Avenue where he was shot and killed by Brownlow.

According to authorities, Brownlow appeared to be intoxicated when he went on the five-and-a-half hour killing spree and a nearly four hour manhunt on the night of October 28, 2013. He first killed Walker at her home in the Stallins addition in southeastern Terrell. Then he killed his mother, Mary Catherine Brownlow, at a home authorities believe they shared – he then set fire to the house, also in the Stallings addition.

Five-and-a-half hours later, authorities say, Brownlow shot and killed Wooden and 30-year-old Pratt, of Forney, at their north Terrell home. Brownlow then traveled to Ali's Market where he shot and killed Leal.

After a nearly four hour manhunt, authorities captured Brownlow near a creek north of the Stallings addition after being involved in a short police chase.

County records do not indicate a court date for Brownlow at the time of press.
