TERRELL, Texas – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) expects to close Farm-to-Market (FM) 148 to one lane of traffic on Monday, July 21, 2014, from 8 am. To 5 p.m. – weather permitting.

The closure will be between County Road (CR) 305 and I-20, according to TxDOT. Flag crews will direct traffic during the closure – one direction at a time.
“Delays are expected and motorists are encouraged to seek an alternate route through the area,” stated TxDOT representative Michelle Releford who said the reason for the closures was to allow construction crews to install metal beam guard fence in the area.
